About this build

Technical design of a utility building in a steel structure, founded on a concrete foundation slab that simultaneously serves as the floor of the building. Building dimensions 13.0 × 8.0 m with a ridge height of +4.60 m, with a gable roof of 14° pitch.

Roof covering and external walls of 0.1 m PIR sandwich panel. Load-bearing structure of closed steel profiles S355 with a roof truss, braced with a cross-bracing tie-rod system. Designed in accordance with PN-EN standards (Eurocodes).

The building is equipped with an entrance door, a gate/door and 4 windows for natural light. The spacious column-free interior gives full freedom of arrangement — ideal as a workshop, warehouse / storage, multi-bay garage or utility space.
